Paspaley selected this building as its flagship Sydney retail centre. Paspaley engaged epm to manage the tendering process and construction which involves heritage restoration work and the fitout of the building with very high quality finishes. The store was opened on time in December 2006 and is a quality benchmark for building refurbishments and an international destination for tourists seeking fine Australian pearls.
