Caltex Refineries (NSW) engaged EPM to manage a due diligence study associated with the possible acquisition of land at Kurnell, NSW.  The land was subject to a Regional Environment Plan and EPM led a team of lawyers, planners, land valuers, quantity surveyors, architects and engineers to define the development potential of the site, the probable cost of development and the value of the property.

The study was completed on budget and time and informed Caltex so that it was confident in its decisions.
