Christian City Church at Oxford Falls on Sydney's Northern Beaches appointed EPM as its project manager for the design and construction of its Training & Prayer Building.

This 2-storey 2,000 square meter building comprises a prayer hall, church administration offices, visitor lounge, expansive lecture and community halls, and conference amenities.

EPM was responsible for managing the processes associated with authority approvals, design, tendering and contract administration.

The building was completed on time in mid 2005, to budget and to a high standard.
